When we suggest transportation methods for customers, we will take the cost as the first consideration. If you have specific requirements in terms of logistics, please inform us when you place an order.

1: How long dose it take to process an order?

We are factory, running by a team of humans, working with human hands. We make every effort to finish your order qualified and fast.

Please allow 4-10 days for your order to be processed before shipping if you have purchased our laser machines. 

Please allow 2-4 days for your order to be processed before shipping if you have purchased our components and consumables.

2: What about shipping?

We cover shipping, both domestically and to a select number of international destinations. Shipping times will depend on your locations. If you just need us to send the products to a place in China mainland, it will be free shipping 2-4 days. If it is international shipping, which is longer, the FedEx and UPS site quotes, but dose not guarantee. You can also tell us your nearest sea port, which is much cheaper but longer time. 

2.1: Standard Machines

  • Laser engraving machine, the gross weight is about 120 kg, it is recommended to ship to the port by sea or land, and the approximate cost is $180(CFR your port);
  • Hand-held laser welding machine, the gross weight is about 200 kg, it is recommended to ship to the port by sea or land, and the approximate cost is $220 (CFR your port);
  • Hand-held laser cleaning machine, gross weight is about 170 kg, it is recommended to ship to the port by sea or land, and the approximate cost is $200 (CFR your port);
  • The countries that can be reached by the China-Europe Express train can be transported door-to-door by land, and the approximate cost is $5/kg.

The above weight and cost are for reference only, and the specific needs are determined according to the distance of your country, the configuration of the machine and the logistics environment.

2.2: Consumable parts and mechanical parts are preferred by international express delivery. Free shipping on orders over 6000CNY. 

2.3: The service category does not involve logistics issues.
