2: After-sales service commitment
  • For service transactions, if a customer needs on-site service, in addition to maintenance costs, the customer also has to bear the transportation and business travel expenses of the on-site service personnel.
  • For service-type transactions, customers must explain the environment and problems of your machinery in advance, so that the engineer can repair them as soon as possible; specify the accurate contact person, contact information and your working hours;
  • If you buy a standard machine from us, we provide a 1-2 year warranty. If there is non-artificial damage to the mechanical part within the warranty, we promise to provide you with free replacement parts of the same brand and model, and the shipping cost will be paid by the customer to bear.
  • But any hardware or software damage caused by human factors, this commitment will automatically terminate.
